This theory IS correct but you forgot 1 thing about the hung person: he is missing a left hand and ik where the left hand is. I dont play the game i only eatch my friends lay because im scared but i found my friend touching this left hand on a switch box in 1 map and it may be from the dude

You know 115 has no name. My grand father worked with it it's a man made element it dispersis in seconds after made. And you must know what the element does before naming it.

Oh crap. I only realised that 115 thing in the periodic table and the numbers. That is gonna freak me out. I know the main story behind the helldogs and how they teleport. Samantha (the doctors daughter) had a dog called Fluffy who was pregnant. The doctor was testing the teleporter and it all went wrong with 115. So Fluffy turned into a zombie-dog and gave birth to puppies while teleporting. I can't explain the fire dogs as I don't know that :)
