THE TRIDENT trailer - David Carradine

A mysterious and wise shopkeeper (David Carradine) uses an ancient Indian trident and a healthy dose of Hindu spirituality to try and help a young man (Aalok Mehta) discover the "inner strength" to rescue his kidnapped wife (Anisha Nagarajan, "Outsourced") by gangster Jimmy "The Tiger" (Anup Sugunan).

Loved this trailer, and followed the comments to Hulu to watch the whole thing. Beautifully shot and well acted, unfortunately in only 20 minutes they couldn't deviate way too much from a nice traditional good guy/bad guy showdown formula, but then, we love those don't we? Only problem was David Carradine really made me want a cigarette...
