malnutrataion is a social shame u rightly told 20% people busy on reducing waight and 80 % starving for food.but interestingly these 20% again spend money for waight loss on that 80% peopls earning.this is high time we must take a oath that lets try to feed a 2 person daily at our indivisual lable

Malnutrition is shameful in our society where people die of overeating and obsesive binging . Where would our future generations end up Humanity would be left with hardly any energy to keep up to the leeping pace of today. Wake up and take charge.

Hemp seed contains 25%-31% protein, which is second only to soy. Soy contains about 35% protein. However - the hemp protein is more digestible. Hempseeds contain a higher amount of essential fatty acids than any other plant. Hemp nut is the only food item containing every essential fatty acid.
