First attempt at Dijkstra pathfinding. Written in code on TGE. Ignore the basic models, textures, animations, etc - it's the AI not walking into walls which is the important thing here.

  • The figures are computer controlled AI. They're given a location in space (XYZ) to move to and use a pathfinding algorithm (originally invented by Edsgar Dijkstra) to move through invisible waypoints and avoid colliding with the big blocks in their way.

    1. The AI is given the target location

    2. They find their location

    3. They plot a route avoiding the blocks

    4. They move to the target location
