@BryanMaltais After doing some research, I learned that the cacti I saw were not saguaros, but they were fairly closely related. We were too far south for saguaros.

Saguaros are only found in the Sonora? Then what the heck were those things we kept hacking into in the Baja? They were skinnier, but they were definitely saguaros.
That black tail is not at all sure of what to make of you. She probably thinks you're the weirdest two-legged she's ever encountered.
She's a cutie. I like the raccoon banding on her face.

@AtarahDerek...The Sonoran Desert extends into Baja, so those could have been Saguaros you found.
