No run issue with my 455, I've narrowed it down to an electrical problem, I have to do some digging to determine what the issue is, the module tests good.. I ran into a similar problem a few yrs back with my friends 350.. It has 12 volts key input but nothing is coming out of the distributor

  • The springs and weights control the mechanical advance. The vacuum advance moves the pick up coil to change the timing. Initial+vacuum+mechanical= total timing.

  • @Oldsmob455 I wasnt thinking clearly while recording this LOL I was more pissed off at the fact the engine isnt running than trying to show what is what! Thanks for the correction

  • @beeterolds Sucks when stuff doesn't work the way or as long as it is supposed. I can't wait to see how the ls1 does in there.
