Olds V8 HEI diagnosis

No run issue with my 455, I've narrowed it down to an electrical problem, I have to do some digging to determine what the issue is, the module tests good.. I ran into a similar problem a few yrs back with my friends 350.. It has 12 volts key input but nothing is coming out of the distributor

The springs and weights control the mechanical advance. The vacuum advance moves the pick up coil to change the timing. Initial+vacuum+mechanical= total timing.

@Oldsmob455 I wasnt thinking clearly while recording this LOL I was more pissed off at the fact the engine isnt running than trying to show what is what! Thanks for the correction
