I wouldn't call them a great punk band myself. They're from a different era than what I was talking about. I appreciate their message but I dont listen to them for exactly the reason you said. Still its tough to sing in that casualties voice all the time and not hurt your throat. Don't think this guy could do it.

@bosshog7169 i disagree that the strength of punk rose from the message and not the vocalists, the Casualties has the shittiest vocals ever but they are sick because of the message...

I would argue that punk got by on the strength of its vocalists though. The musicians sucked, but most of the great punk bands had good vocalists. This guy sucks at singing.

Even if this guy sang it well he didn't have a snowball's chance in hell. Only people who sing generic pop music make it on this crappy show.
