You misinterpreted my post, I'm a great fan of Daniel Gildenlöw, but I wanted to point out the he, just like most other celebrities within the more underground genres, like metal or in this case, progressive rock, is only well-known within that "zone", I mean, if you compare him with a pop-celeb you realise that he's a nobody in most peoples' eyes, and he's good with that, since he's out to make music for people that appreciate it, not just to become famous and live in a big house.

A poneytale just makes you look ten times more arrogant if you have a slightly big nose as well, seriously the times where i have had long enough hair to wear a poneytale i´d allways felt slightly arrogant!

Ahum.... That´s how the genre Progressive was born ;) Jazz/Funk/Blues whatever, those are also non-commercial genres. But there wasn't a particular genre for Metal/Rock/Ballads/Unique bands like: Rush, Yes, Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, PoS. Now allong with other things ;) Progressive music is the music that doesn't go commercial (but allows you to play heavy music) they just want to make unique music which can be heard and loved by people who understand music.

Most definetly rare, but the frequency is much higher on Pain of Salvation videos than almost anywhere else. I like that :)
