  • Thanks for posting this. Very interesting points.

  • hahahah ... In the introduction of this video it is written that many studies show that US is not falling behind .... well better to think twice because the PISA 2010 results, a well known assessment of education in the world, show that k-12 schools in US are one of the worst in the world and are getting worst !! Pity ...

  • @StopH1B Thanks for putting this together. This should be seen by our public officials!

  • @twistedboomer lolll youre an idiot.

the u.s. couldn't protect itself from two commercial airliners flying into their building... everyone stop conducting business with them.

    Pakis are fuckin idiots...

  • Uranus007 you are wrong. Dead wrong. I know many graduates under employeed or not employed as their jobs were off-shored.

  • Foreigners can come to America, but they may have a job in their own lands, their respective countries do the exact same thing in fact more strict such as German, UK, France, India, China, etc.

So yawn all you want, because that's all you'll be doing unemployed because all our jobs went outside the country-- oh wait, you'll just flea back to your home country. I don't have that luxioury, I only have one home country.

  • Chinasucksforever is right, I've experienced this many times. Not just with Indians but with Chinese, Mexicans, several in African countries, and surpisingly even Russians. We ought to outsource our CEOs to Indian Business Majors-- their tune may change then LOL!

  • And they say that developing countries have bad governments...That's the first accusation you'll hear from people who doesn't want foreigners in America...

    Yawn...

  • Thanks Congress! nice job

The Department of Labor states that the H-1B law doesn't require employers to seek local talent before recruiting abroad for their US job openings, except in limited circumstances when the employer is considered H-1B dependent:

The DOL's Strategic Plan, Fiscal Years 2006-2011 (pg. 36) states: "... H-1B workers may be hired even when a qualified U.S. worker wants the job, and a U.S. worker can be displaced from the job in favor of the foreign worker."

  • U must be another Indian Idiot... RU in the US right now?
