At time of Seotoro/Obama's birth, Hawaii would allow any infant's country of origin birth to be placed on their certificates.
Since Seotoro/Obama was fathered by a Kenyan/British subject, he can never be natural born or a Constitutionally legit US president.
It easy to see that the US government is no longer legitimate since only a cursory FBI background check would never enable Seotoro/Obama with his connections to domestic terrorists access to US nuclear arsenal weapon codes.
