@okomi It's not a complete workout, only one routine for your entire set of exercise. yes HIIT triggers the after burn which makes it one of the most effective exercise types.

Actually, HIIT is used by a lot of people to maintain muscle mass while burning fat, and can often build muscle. But then again- I haven't worked out in months, so I feel guilty being the skinny guy behind a computer telling others the benefits of certain workouts
