this is max ot- i dont think so because i have other max ot programm and in this programm workout is 2 or 3 sets and 4-6 reps hmmm.. intereting.. what max ot you have?

i believe the program works,,but those dumbell curls were just horrid form.. i mean there's cheating and then there's just plan not even working the muscle due to such bad form...that was terrible.

is this max-ot? how come jeff willet does it differently than this guy?? imma go for jeff willet.. i dont think this is max-ot..none of what you do in this vid relates to max-ot.. and i was told to flex during the positive and negative phase of a rep..not just simply move...just saying..

works only if you eat well 6-7 times a day and you must follow the system correct not skip days.
