Shot beside a swimming pool so you get the lovely blue of the pool and palm trees in the background, near Namirembe Cathedral in Kampala, Uganda. Sandra leads off with a call to action spurring the dancers into a pounding rhythm.

These must be cattle herding Banyankore from Western Uganda. The dancers are youthful and energetic. Everything vibes in synch. Vive Ankore, Vive Uganda, Vive Afrika!

Thanks for posting this video. The beginning call & response exhortations reminded me of some African American church services. The song that the group sang in the beginning of this video also reminded me of African American harmonies. Also, the stomping reminded me of Black Greek letter fraternites and sorority steppin' . Which may suggest that we African Americans may have thought that we had forgotten our African roots, but we really didn't.
Best wishes to Sandra and all in that group!
