  • The scoop is actually pretty big. I have this shake. And if you take the recommended two full scoops not two partial scoops it will only last you a max of three weeks. The reason other companies tell you to put four scoops is because their scoop is smaller. And you can't use a shaker cup you need a blender because this stuff is thick as hell.

  • Npsfc, its accually easier for a teenager to build muscle because its already happing without you doing anything. I wish i had started lifting when i was young. O yea to the OP 12 lbs of muscle is impossible in 2 weeks. Your body fat % is probably so low that you didnt notice the change. Scales are bullshit anyway in order to gauge muscle gains properly you need a set of bf calipers and then a scale always first thing in the morning.
