What a bunch of FUCKING BULLSHIT!

They were in ALPHA/BETA version and had numerous glitches and problems. The new voices were nowhere close to the brilliancy that the original had.

And this comes from a new SH fan who played through 2 and 3 on the Xbox 360 HD Release for the first time! I later bought the original copies for PS2 and enjoyed them A LOT more.

God... I'm so happy they didn't fuck up the DMC HD release like this.

Vincent's new voice actor ruined what was interesting of Vincent. Vincent is suppose to get whiny and annoyed when you don't understand what his saying or when his motives are questioned and he's also to suppose to take pleasure of the darkness of a conversation.

Claudia's new voice actor was TERRIBLE since she repeated all her lines the same way with no personality or whatsoever.

Lisa's new voice actor was terrible since she couldn't show emotion.

Harry's new voice actor didn't sound right.

The new Happy Birthday Caller voice actor irritated me since they change the character.

Heather's new voice actor is terrible since it sounds like a 40 year old woman trying to sound like a teenager. Heather's original voice actor couldn't be replace because Heather was the most believable character.

Douglas new voice actor sucks since the voice actor tried to sound his age by growling all his line. The new voice actor couldn't even show emotion!

Angela's new voice actor sucks. Angela is suppose to sound emotionally shut, tired, and broken. I hate that McGlynn and Hullett said Donna Baker's performance sucked because she sounded "weird".

Laura's and Amy Baldwin's new voice actors sucks because the new voice actors sounded like a 40 year old woman trying to sound like a little girl.

The new trick-or-treat announcer didn't sound like a showman.

The new Borley Haunted Mansion voice actor didn't sound like an announcer.

You can't change James's original voice because James's character was based on Guy Chihi looks and by changing his voice completely ruins the character.

Maria/Mary's new voice actor sucks. In the cutscene where you talk to Maria in the prison, Maria is suppose to introduce the nature of Mary and Elizabeth McGlynn wasn't able to that.

Eddie's new voice actor sucks also since he can't stop groaning, doesn't know how to fake vomit and he doesn't sound like if he's going crazy.

Played original SH2 yes, I never got 3 since I didn't have a ps2. At least not that that time.

You can in Silent Hill 2 ONLY they didnt bother giving the option to do this in Silent Hill 3 Because they found the actress Heather Morris working in Japan before the game was released so your stuck with a 40 year old sounding Heather.

Why is everyone so upset about the voice acting? You have the option to have either the new or original voices...
