Also, just an observation.. when Hetal translates "coconut rice" and says it in Tamil, she laughs uncomfortably and watch Anuja's facial expression at that point. Just an observation. Otherwise.. great cooking.

wow i keep forgetting rice can look like this! i ve failed in cooking it so many times that i now hate it! mine is always overcooked and looking like crap. am sure i probably even buy the worst brand of rice or smth *sigh*

You can pair it with either chicken or fish. You can even have it with a vegetable curry.

Sorry for the late response. We have curry leaf plants at home but we almost always see them in our local Indian grocery store.
