Treasure Map 4 IV - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Guide - Where to find It

This is a guide on where to find Treasure map 4 also known as IV in skyrim The loot appears to be level based so it may be worth keeping on to them till later in the game! Also the location on the treasure in the game. This was found in Redorans Retreat which is to the west of Whiterun. The actual Treasure is in south of Whiterun.

@syigamer Because you don't show the route up there, you start off at the end and go yeah its up here mate, heres my arrow on a map. I've found it on my own now.
