2010/9/19(日)にJAきみつ・味楽囲おびつ店で行われる新米祭りの前に新米でTKG(たまごかけごはん)しちゃいま~す♪

炊きたてのお米は千葉県の奨励品種'ふさこがね'です。そしてたまごは青い殻が特徴のアローカナ卵です。幸せの青いたまごと言われています。この動画のお米とアローカナ卵­(とりかいさんちのたまご)は千葉県君津市の鳥飼農場http://torikai-farm.com/で作られています。

どうです?黄身がこんもりしていて白身がぷりぷりでしょ!!
あまり混ぜすぎずに素材の味を楽しむのが一番おいしい食べ方だっったりします。


新米祭りではたまごかけご飯のイベントがあり、なんとアローカナ卵も食べられるんですよ♪是非いらしてください!!

    I rather have an extra bowl to clean then to waste good rice. :) thats why.

    Believe it or not, it makes for good and filling breakfast when you're short on time.
