How do you find video clips to make a video like this. Well not like this but just with video clips and Do I need a special program other than Widows Video Maker?

I find 'em on Youtube, and then go to zamzar to convert it to a wmv.

You can use Windows Movie Maker, but I use Sony Vegas. *Shrug*
