The future isn't as bleak as it seems. Young players like O Connor, Pollock, Ferris and Cave will develop into first rate players and Wallace is finally showing signs of being the player he always threatened to be. Its just going to take time and we have to try and survive this transition season and hope to god we don't finish behind Connaught. The infrastructure is good. As long as we hang onto players, in 2 seasons time we'll be back challenging for trophies.
