@Darshan753 no. intel cards have minimal opengl support. I wanna play that game too.

@Darshan753 No, Amnesia use Open GL instead of Direct X.Intel card really bad for Open GL support

Oh I should point out I did the 3 suggestions and they don't work which were 1) uninstall and reinstall intel drives, 2) renaming files video.txt and videofaults.txt 3) running as administrator, setting options for compatibility mode..

I'm back, completed Portal, just bought Portal 2 and it won't work - I run it and get as far as the Portal splash screen and then it bombs out saying "Portal2 is not responding". I contacted Steam and they gave me a list of 3 suggestions and say if they don't work I have to buy another video card but I have a laptop and really don't want to take it apart and buy a card unless absolutely necessary. Any ideas would be massively appreciated!

@Darshan753 This card usually runs well in small rooms. But just to make sure, ask other people. I might do a video on it soon.
