Smokin Joe Bonamassa, at 12 years old, was playing clubs and bars in the Central New York are in 1988-89. Now a bonafide blues superstar, he has played and collaborated with the likes of BB King, Eric Clapton, Walter Trout and many others.

No doubt, "Joey" DID go far!!! What a talent, what a humble little "man," nothing has changed about Joe after all these years except that he just keeps getting mo' better! We went to London to see Joe perform at the Royal Albert Hall on 5-4-09 (from Seattle, WA) and he blew us all away! Bad Kitty

This was recorded (on VHS of course) in Syracuse sometime in 1989. I used to see Joe when he played in the Central New York area at Copperfield's and in Sylvan Beach. Now I see him playing with Clapton , BB King & Lee Ritenour!
