A short clip of street musicians playing in Turpan (Tulufan 吐鲁番), Eastern Turkistan (Xinjiang 新疆) during Ramadan 2007. Instruments include: 1 suona (zurna, sorna, shawm, 唢呐) and two naqāreh (نقاره).
i wish i had been able to take video clips of more, but... unfortunately i mistimed my trip... ramadan/ramazan is really *not* the time to go and see the vigor and beauty of daily uyghur life. =(
