Im day 5 on mine and Ive quit smoking and so far no urges to smoke at all Im just staying strong and doing what I need to do Im still going to continue the 12 weeks but so far its fantastic and no side effects guess im lucky lol im now on the am and pm dose of the starter pack ive been smoking 4 packs a day for the last 7 years and pretty much quit in four damn days lol

@Apehangerss I believe you are tired and cranky because your body might be repairing itself from years of damage. I'm on day two with chantix. No cool dreams yet....

ive been on chantix for 12days(quit two days ago!!),and about the dreams..its kinda true for me,i mean the first week was the worst,but i dont really mind about dreams,and i think i got the handle of it..or maybe my body was adapting dunno.nevertheless chantix is wonderful i mean i never thought ide stop thinking about smoking specially the 1stday, there weretimes i was laughing about myself not thinking about it
anyways hope this helps, and in my opinion its areally good tradeoff (wish me luck)

My dreams are more vivid, but I don't smoke anymore... just thought I would help you with some research, I am also cranky and a bit tired but look forward to not dying of lung cancer, I think most "cold turkey" quitters would list these "side effects" while quitting without the use of chantix the only difference is that most of them smoke again...
