okay I don't want to sound rude or anything but this was really bad. emphasis on the really..
There is such a thing as getting into the music, but it looks like you are doing it WAY too much.. You are also dragging the pit section solo with marimba and bells. also the lows (bari sax and tuba?) section before the trumpet solo. A lot of your cues are not necessary and pretty ridiculous looking. Did you do the whole 2:35 thing on purpose? I hope not. Study the music thoroughly before conducting it.

okay so i have watched your vids from oldest to most recent and let me first just say wow! you have come a long way! i think it was a good idea to not use the baton! see i was student conducter this year at my school for the symphonic band and to me thats the only time its needed...down south we really dont use them on the feild...but other than just a few "human" errors lol....GREATJOB on cleaning this up!!!!

i enjoyed watching this! i appreciate the fact that you are into the music.. if you're digging the music the band will see that and they will too! i would say that you should, be just a little more crisp with your pattern for this song. but other than that! Excellent work!!:) and btw, i have those shorts! lol:-)
