@MegaCarpcrazy Her's isn't quite the same as 10's. Her's has a trigger guard, red settings, and the memory chip. New theory I just made up on the spot: River's screwdriver is a rebuilt version of 10's, after 11 broke it in The Eleventh Hour. If I recall, he burnt it out, but didn't loose it, meaning it's probably sitting in a junk drawer somewhere in the TARDIS.
