I thought he was amazing. Chiseled good looks. And incredibly sexy and manly. They don't make 'em like Jeff anymore. This took a lot of time and effort. Thank you so much for sharing this. My mother, had a huge crush on him. And looking at these pictures, and seeing his movies with her the man had talent and looks to match.

My Dad looked very much like Jeff. My parents were big fans of Jeff Chandler too. We saw all of his films. What a handsome guy.

Esther Williams wasn't very nice with Mr Chandler in her biography. Even if it's true wasn't elegant of her to write what she wrote about him

Iremember well Jeff Chandler in Broken Arrow, Foxfire and Away all Boats. Saw these movies on Friday nights in Badger's Quay, Nfld. A gentleman(ned Andrews) from wesleyville showed em in 16 mm. I long for these good old days-how the world has changed. If you grew up in my area late 50's-early 1960's feel free to respond.
