North Korean symphony orchestra

Now here's something completely different - a state symphony orchestra of North Korea - that's right, that is not a typo. They are playing what seems to be a folk song arranged for orchestra. Cute flutist in the center - she appears to be enjoying herself - is that even legal in North Korea? Interestingly enough, this orchestra seems to have a new conductor according to later videos and this particular video seems to be no longer appearing on the NK Youtube channel - uriminzokkiri - though the cute flutist is still present and playing her heart out in the latest videos of this orchestra.
