As soon as GW2 is released I'd expect WoW is going to lose a LOT of members, if not most of the percentage. Either that or Blizzard would have to do something huge to keep them on the same page.

GW2 will pretty much be superior from every angle, damnn it's gonna be good.

@Jasy19 We have fans of both franchises involved with GameZombie. Both are happy with what their preferred game has to offer, but I've heard a LOT of talk about Dragon Age 2 from our head writers. Every new piece of information about the game leads to an in-depth conversation of the first game or what the second game will be. Even for someone like myself with no personal interest in MMOs, it's pretty insightful to hear!

@Gamer777777 Yes, I do. Sorry about that. The same staff members that are excited for Dragon Age 2 also talk about Guild Wars 2 quite a bit. I have no exposure to either franchise, personally, so it's easy for me to get them mixed up. Never mixed up the names before though, happy to know my brain is deteriorating so soon :D

@casheus First of all, not a GW2 fanboy. Hardcore WoW and SWTOR player with a mild interest in this game. Second of all, no, it's not the same as in Rift. If you do a minuscule amount of research as to type in "GW2 interview" or "GW2 dynamic events" in the youtube search bar, then maybe you'd know what you're talking about. I don't know why I bother to tell you this though because it's near impossible to talk some sense into a sodding idiot showing no effort to understand something.

i dont like wow and the art in wow is crap looks like some 3rd grade classroom project did the art work for wow

i dont like mmo's in general though gw1 is the only mmo i've ever liked but gw2 isnt going to kill wow some people just like farming things over and over again and doing poorly made dungeons that are way too easy but are some how hard for wow people

@LightYagame100000 really? late 2012? Even some of the designers like the guy in the interview say probably no later than early 2012, probably late 2011. Besides, would you rather them release an unfinished game or a amazing, polished game?

@salviaaddict I beg to differ! Its designed to shatter the old methods of typical MMO's and provide a more fun and more beautiful open environment. That is pretty huge, my friend.

Plus, they are taking the time to make sure it's perfect and polished at release. I'm not sure about your experience, but it's ridiculously depressing to see glitches all over your new world you plan on investing ample time on. I'm getting impatient myself, but it will all be worth it!
