I don't know who talked me into trying oven roasted asparagus but THANK YOU!!! I will never cook it any other way.

I love oven roasted asparagus plain, with cheese and even seasoned with spices like lemon pepper. It seems to taste great with just about anything savory on top of.

I will definitely be adding this to the family vegetable menu more often.

  • I LOVE asparagus...I always roast them...i season with slt, pepper and garlic powder. Then i serve it with parm mash and lemon salmon...so delicious

  • LOL girl you're too funny. This is the same reason i never send my husband to the store. He always manages to grab the oldest/ flimsiest lookin produce.

  • @TSHOiiY When you put them in the oven they dont tatse bitter, I actually made asparagus today like this, it makes that weird tatse they can have go away

  • Yum...I usually boil mine for 2-4 minutes to make tender then sautee in a pan with olive oil, salt, and garlic until brown. I think boiling takes Some of the bitterness away. I will have to try this way too!! Thanks!
