@theratsarelistening Could also mean guys who aren't working as hard. Their veins aren't popping out because with their bodies getting more intensified and strong they might have an easier tim breezing through workouts. He smashes them with an intense workout to keep them working their hardest.

@theratsarelistening That sound bite was clipped a bit. He was referring to guys that wouldn't follow their diet and recovery plans over the weekend. If they went out eating and drinking over the weekend then monday morning they look smooth in the gym, he smashes them with a timed workout.
