  • i bet he is better by now lol

  • best thing for you to do now is to just concentrate on getting your arms locked out on the way over, that way your head cant hit the floor and your bound to land them. I think they're easy and natural tbh but i taught myself over about 2 months (:

  • those was great attempts i know you have it perfect by now

  • wooww, really goood, did yoou just jummp back without knoooin ? and did it huurt cuuz it waas your first timee ?

  • Jump/stretch as far back as you can and pull tight with your core muscles ;) hope this helps ;) x

  • wow first timer u r really good for the first time it took me 1 year to get mine and then i stoped doin it and now i fall on my knes lol ugh

  • @bmxrules13 NO, you need to jump far so you dont undercut ! duhh.

  • @GAMERGUY11111 make sure you keep your head straight, as your jumping and going backwards keep your head and eyes straight forward, if you look over your shoulder or something as your jumping your gonna end up doing it awkward.

  • round off gives u the speed and momentum :)

plus u dont think when u do the whole set, round off- backhandspring :D

    hehe

  • since it seems u got the goin backwards thing down, can i ask u for some advice? i can do pretty much every basic flip and trick to parkour, i have absolutely no fear of going backwards, but when i do my back handspring, i end up going, just a little bit to the side, i can never seem to go straight backwards, any advice?
