Oh, I raised it 3/4 of and inch today. Hopefully it does not look sssssoooooo out of normal. My back felt a little better. I did it cause I am getting older and loosing some flexibility.

My wife wishes that is all I had. If you go around the corner it ads up to about 50k. As crazy as it looks it still did not keep me from eating shit in the National crit championships last week and breaking my scapula. Painting has been hard with one arm.
