I called my senator the other day to ask her about her position on the Fascist Food Safety Modernization Act. I was displeased with her response, and I want to create more awareness about this bill. If you disagree with any of the claims made in this video, please look the bill up for yourself. After reading for a few hours through this ridiculous bill, you'll find that this stuff really is hidden in the bill.

Legislation is being discussed here in Japan like "bill S510". The governments reasoning: To maintain food safety in the aftermath of the March 11 diaster. The local farms affected by that were deemed unfit to grow food and animals. No more food comes from that region so why consider such control over food?
