Wonderful video! Dr. Kataria's program (originating in India) is more accurately called "Laughter Yoga" (not "Laughing"). A Swami in Hollywood has been doing a technique he calls "Laughing Yoga" for many years, and it is similar (but not the same). Kataria's LaughTER Yoga is distinguished by the inclusion of eye contact and interactive playfulness between the participants. This makes the laughter become genuine and heartfelt.
