very good video for showing us a "beginner" level. I've seen a lot of instructors do beginner levels and it sucks a lot and it isn't interesting at all...made it boring.

Love it girls well done :) even though for some reason my eye always seemed to be on the girl nearest the camera.. did you make this up by any chance?? brilliant way to let people learn this just by watching it a few times.. i have been pole dancing for 4 months now and i would'nt say im brilliant but i know what makes a good routine and you got that. the other girl nees to keep up a little though but still good :) x

What you have is a lack of understanding and experience and you shouldn't judge others by your limitations. While it's true that you sometimes get so busy looking at the individual brushstrokes that you can forget you're looking at the "Mona Lisa" it doesn't happen all the time.

There is an old dance saying "If you have a really good Tango with a woman, you should marry her afterwards". If you can understand this, you will see pole dancing is quite mild.
