Is it possible to use a server as personal computer?

yeah (apart some special hardware), usually a server is like other computers, but with better hw.

Probably, that kind of pc doesn't fit for a "Hardcore Gamer" (graphic is not important for a server pc), but for all other people is like a PC :D

@fojeba Get a workstation. Serverhardware for the desktop. If you want the real goods, find Itanium or PowerPC, but get a secondhand, they are out of your budget when new.
