I live in Montreal.. have all my life.. this didn't cause any "panic".. it's just a lightening storm, as anyone from Montreal knows, we get a lot of during the summer.

This is exactly what I saw in Missouri. We were on the way to the lake. I was watching 2 large cumulous clouds when suddenly their tops melted to look like pancakes sitting on top of the rest of the cloud. Then they both turned into lightning machines, with hundreds of strikes inside of them, none hitting the ground. It was 1 hr before sunset, we stayed at the lake watching them until after dark, and they did not move until we left, driving S back to Springfield. HAARP clouds, I feel sure.

the pressure inside the cloud pusshed the buttom outwards creating a UFO-like shape even tho people don't really know what a UFO looks like...no1 has really ever had proof if seeing them before.
