Our 9.5 months old son is playing ball with our 2 years old bullmastiff weighing 69 kg (yes, he has lost a few kg's!). I think they are already growing up to be best friends.

@BZhubb808 No, that is far too long for his size. There will be a large wear on his bones, joints and muscles so the dog would probably not live that long and might experience health problems early. The bullmastiff can run fast on short distances, like a few hundred meters, but more than that is not recommended.

I have a friend who has a Bullmasiff male his name is Mini at Danish, his name at English will be Tiny. Mini have a big body, not fat but very big body, he has a weight 73 kg!! I love Mini Bull!!

We got a new law in Denmark about dogs.. 14 dog races is now forbidden. Us whit, or love, dogs is very angry about this.

This means that we not must have a Bullmastiff, American Bulldog etc.

I am mad, very angry and mad over this..

@LouiVonPoul That is not entirely correct - the bullmastiff is not among the species that have been forbidden. But otherwise I agree with you that the law is meaningless and goes straight against the advice of the animal experts.

It's so ridiculous and I really don't understand it. Watch out!

My bullmastiff is a sweetheart just like this. They're such calm gentle dogs but God help anyone who tries to harm their family!
