Funnily enough, I remember this track best for that one moment when it stopped playing.

You know the bit I mean, suddenly stepping out into the silent blue of the ship's recently destroyed bridge, devoid of all sound but your own breathing. 'Twas good stuff.

10 minutes into the game, the most advanced warship ever made gets destroyed without effort, characters from the previous game die on the spot and even Shepard, the main character bites the dust.

Talk about starting the game with a bang! I was thoroughly blown away.
