I can't believe anyone actually enjoys flying with Easyjet, in fact I am surprized they have not been required to change their name, because nothing relating to "Easy"jet is in fact easy - it took me 2 years to get a refund for a flight cancelled by them, and they will not give me to money back, but have asked me to phone their customer services premium line number, at my own expense to re-book my flight! Did my grandfathers die in the war so we could be served up such treatment as this?
