Do not attack a man in uniform. Go to the authority who send the man in uniform, if you have an issue. If you get irrational and attack the man in uniform directly he will respond with physical force and whatever arms he has been provided to defend himself and achieve order. He is not expected to be political nor he needs to see the larger picture. That's not his mandate.
