Dude, police officers dont have to wear seatbeld, you know why? Because they have to get out of their car if YOU/somebody else are/is in danger. Siriously, you would be nowhere with the police, appreciate it man. Im not a hater, but if you want to realy help, you should do this to civilans. Because they have to wear it at all time. I never implied I hated anyone, ever. I have not, nor would I ever use language to degrade our Law Enforcement on this forum. SAY your 21 (legal drinking age) and your dad tells you not to drink while your living in his house and puts your older brother in charge of you, even though they both get drunk. You don't argue with your brother over a rule your dad made. cops don't make the law. your talking the constitution but enforcing a seat belt law makes no sense. A person should have a right not to wear a belt should be your point. exposing cops gets nowhere.

@MrTheGustafo Are you serious? cops don't have to wear seat belts because to help someone? you have no proof on that and It only takes a second to take a belt off!!! the only reason people have to wear belts is because cops were killing innocent people rushing through traffic and the states excuse was the people killed did not have seat belts on. I don't wear my seat belt all the time cause i don't want to and i can go to court to prove my point.

I agree with your primary points that (a) you're free to video tape all you want and (b) you're not required to provide ID unless it's a Terry Stop, even though you did provide it. With that said, you're way to agressive and are merely making the cop look like the victim.
