Duracoat Firearm Coating part 1

To help tone down the "black rifle" look, I wanted to paint it, but paint wears pretty quick, and after watching Nutnfancy, then USNERDOC, and other have good success with Duracoat. I knew I had to give it a try. This is the first time I have painted a firearm so wish me luck, and as always good feedback is welcome.

@JSParadiso "rookie flub" its called learning by doing, instead of just typing about it, I went to your channel to see if you had videos about duracoating the "right way", but you dont seem to have anything there. What equipment am I lacking? And just remember its only spray paint, it can be changed, taken off, I dont see your comments as being valid.

The Duracoat looks pretty good, but why would you use spray paint after applying Duracoat?
