erEvo rEvo 3905 style brushless 8xl 4s lipo

My brushless erevo w/ Feigao 8XL (45+mph), mamba max ESC w/ castle BEC, and 4s lipo setup (maxamps 2s2p 6000mah pair). Tranny, shaft, diffs, receiver box all ripped from the emaxx 3905.

That's awesome that you would pick a 60mm Medusa over a 70mm Feigao..

Sounds like Medusa makes good motors..

I wonder how the new 80mm Medusa would run in a revo?

I bought a cheap on ebay, runs fine, make sure you get something high amp, I got a 5amp, I figure it's at least good fro 3 amps, but I don't need that much for 1 servo and an esc/fan

So for the money sounds like the Medusa is the way to go

Only if you have a Mamba Max ESC in there.. it doesnt work /w the velineon esc.

Battery Eliminator Circuit - the MM only allows 3s operation with it's onboard BEC, so you need to bypass it by pulling the center wire that plugs into the Rx. Then you run your BEC from the battery plugs into your Rx to power the servo's and Rx. Medusa makes a good one, Caslte makes a good one, but you need a high amp version not the cheapo ones so be careful. OR just buy a MMM combo from castle creations.. everything you need. 2200 is for truggy's and MT's the 2650 is for 1:8 buggies only.
