Just another brewing video as requested. There's not much more I can do with a beer kit. There is, however, additional information in this video that may answer some of your questions.

  • Please paint CraigTube on that sad looking wall or maybe a poster.

On the brew thing do you ever use other sources of sugar like honey,or corn sugar?

  • @TheJustonemore I have used honey and brown sugar, which I really liked. That dreaded wall. It's concrete and the paint is pealing. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it.

  • Craig, on my spigot that came from High Gravity Home Brewing, it only has 1 o ring.

Should it have two o rings for the inside of the bucket and one for the outside?.

Do you recommend me getting a 2nd o ring, if not, does the 1 o ring go on the inside of the bucket or the outside?.

I'm using a bucket with spigot as a fermentor like you do.

  • @OhioAirsoftVids I would put it on the inside. That's where the beer is and where the seal should be. Cheers.

  • Have you thought about making a non-bottle conditioned beer?

  • I have no plans for that right now.

  • Hi Craig, just brewed my first batch of coopers lager, Thanks too you ;)

  • hi looking at doing an apple cider any hint n tips i currently have my first brew on and went out n got second kit for cider was told straight apple juice will make it too dry and to add pear or blk crnt juice ????

  • RE: the concrete wall, you need to strip the paint off then use a solution of Hydro Chloric Acid to "etch" the concrete so that the paint will stick to it. And paint it with a paving paint.

    Cheers!

  • Amazing!!! You love beer, like what what you make and enjoy it. Cheers Man. Thank you for showing how awesome you are and sometimes I reference you when I have a bad batch or just to make sure I did QA on it. YOU should charge for the advertisement you make for homebrewing.
