I speak Chinese, and studying Japanese right now. Even though it doesn't really benefit for the grammar part, a lot of Japanese vocabulary originally come from Chinese, especially when written using the Kanji, so even when i can't read the Kanji phonetically i can still understand general meaning a lot of the times because the characters still carry over the general meaning in Japanese.

Hey can you do a video about Swiss Dialects? I know that they have an Italien and French Dialect. You don't need to know it, just do some research, please cuz I have no time being a high school student :(

I had a friend born bilingual knowing both French and German, your accent almost sounds like his. He learned English and visited America for a year. He had a German influence to it though since he was also native to German.

@Exutus De rien ! Moi je te conseille pas d'apprendre le suédois parce que les opportunités de pratiquer cette langue se font rares... Et en plus il n'y a pas beaucoup de livres pour apprendre le suédois ! Ose qqch de plus mystique: chinois, japonais, coréen, thai...

@Exutus Moi je dirais, l'italien est plus simple à apprendre si on parle déjà le français parce qu'il ressemble plus au français que l'espagnol.
Same root? dutch, swedish, german, danish,norwegian...
I agree...I am studying Chinese, and I know it will take me time to get to a good level. Its definitely not like English or German.

@Codylangaugesblog Most european languages have a complex grammar but the written part is ok (except in french and russian I think) but asian languages can make you crazy just by the written part: japanese and chinese are the most difficult ones. but grammar in asian languages are very easy (like for chinese, thai or vietnamese but not for korean nor for japanese)
