Thanks bro, a lot of people hate on this truck. But fuck, look at her, you gotta see the whole this to actually see how well maintained she is, when I say no leaks I mean NONE! There is not a drop of oil under that hood. Even todays cars have some, this thing none. Plus it means a lot to me, drove me home from the hospital. Hopefully some day it'll be driving my kids home from the hospital.
i got my license suspended for driving without a license when i was 14 lol. in results of that 500 dollar a month insurance! witch ill soon be paying. i actually get my license this friday. and the same day ill be buyin an 04 ford focus svt. this truck is at home sadly. im in the army and cant afford to haveit shipped to washington and fix it up and pay insurance. so yea :( but ill have it on the road after my deployment!

do you think this will pull around 8000 pounds? those inlines have some power but i haved to have a truck to pull my 460 v8 to the mud pits and was wantin to know if anyone thought it could. my buddy uses the same engine to pull 20000 pound tractor trailers around his shop. just needed some feedback on it because i can get a 93 f150 5spd with the 4.9 for around $1500 in good condition

@alcoholica460 Sorry I didn't reply, I was in Basic training and AIT for the Army. But yes if you find a 4.9 it's worth it. It's a great ass engine. This Ford here, she's my baby, I haven't really been able to drive her, my license was suspended till I turned 18, and I turned 18 the day I started BAsic training. But I've seen these trucks going 500,000 miles. And sure any engine can, but not maintain the power she has. And the power she has is A LOT. Pulling 20,000. It's true.

@alcoholica460 These engines were put in the 1970s dump trucks, 15,000-20,000 pounds. Only difference is those are carburated, bigger injections, and high power manifolds. These trucks are built very well. Buy one. It wont let you down. This ones been in the family for 20 years. Has 175,000. ORIGINAL engine, CLUTCH and transmission, and ton more. But if you look at that engine, not ONE leak.
