  • Why not pay the extra $250 and get a macbook air?

  • @podreviewz Because I wanted to be more familiar with the Windows operating system. That's why I chose Windows, Mac OS X is still my primary computer.

  • @Barnaby0014 That's like saying "With my home phone I get unlimited calling nation wide, I would never want a cellphone"

  • These laptops are mainly for portability. I would detest a CD drive on it. I myself have an m11x. There used to be a time when I would have hated myself for buying it, but now I require a mobile laptop for software development and m11x is great. You really do not need a CD drive. An small 8gb thumb drive (for example, one of those kingston keyring ones) will carry a few movies easily.

  • @JammieJamie19 you can buy the attachment but for like 50$. I download my games, DVDs and CDs. i haven't used a CD drive in months

  • With my desktop i have my computer cpu at 3.3GHz and a six core so i would never want a laptop

  • @podreviewz 11"screen........

  • @thefurquan101 me too.
