Saved from the trash. This vintage beauty had the left channel blown. I replaced the original power amp transistors from Hitachi B566A and D476A to new NTE291 and NTE292 for both channels. Also replaced a few capacitors in that section with brand new higher voltage rating ones. Sounds beautiful. The burned out pilot lights are soon to be replaced with red LEDs next weekend and the fake wood case will be cleaned and repainted later in the summer. I am excited to have given this vintage beauty a second chance at life. It is temporarily hooked to my apple TV and a pair of 1970s vintage JVC speakers in my rec room. Its permanent home will be in my HAM radio shack. Thanks for watching.
